INTEGRATED OFFICE COMPLEX– Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh

Also known as the Kadapa Collectorate Complex, the 60 crore project spread over an area of 30 acres housed the District Collector’s Office, Other Offices in District, Meeting Hall, Collector’s Camp Office and Residence Project at Kadapa, Y S R District in Andhra Pradesh. Awarded as a result of winning a limited competition called by the District Collector, the project was completed in 2016.

The work comprises of three main blocks mainly:

Collectorate Block – Ground + 3 Upper Floors housing the Collector’s Chamber, Joint Collector’s Chamber, District Revenue Officer’s Chamber and their office staff along with Video Conference Room, Praja Vani Room etc.,  The Building has a water body along the Collector’s Office and Landscaped Court Yards along the other offices.


D and O Block – These are two similar building with Ground + One Upper Floor, the D Block houses all the Development Officer’s along with their staff viz., District Rural Development Agency, District Water Management Agency etc.,  The O Block houses all the other Officer’s in the District along with their staff.


Further the complex also has the following:


Meeting Hall for 360 pax with sufficient Pre Function Area, VIP Room along with waiting etc.,  It has a separate entrance and is linked with the Collector’s Chamber directly. The complex also has housing accommodation for the Collector’s Personal Assistants along with the Class IV Employees staff.
